Spreading HOPE in Muskegon
Click HERE to read a summary of the work!
Pathwaves Partnership and Muskegon County Great Start Collaborative were awarded funding from the Sister Simone Courtade Grant Program, one of the Trinity Health Muskegon Community Impact Grants, to implement Spreading HOPE in Muskegon.
This funding provided multiple opportunities for parents, professionals, and community members to participate in training about the health impacts of lived experiences and the HOPE (Healthy Outcomes from Positive Experiences) Framework.
Professional continuing education was provided for our HOPE Workshops.
Spreading HOPE in Muskegon County was an upstream public health effort and a model for other counties to implement. This initiative reached over 150 individuals!
Contact us if you are interested in collaborating on a similar effort.
